With 170 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC). A day in the life. Supports the organizational goals by providing technology, data analysis & systems training and support to improve efficiency & effectiveness. Maximizes the productivity and ease-of-use of the company's workflow system and tools. Aids in standardizing company workflows and procedures, including monitoring operational processes for the different business locations and with acquisitions. Consults with regional colleagues to provide technical expertise on internal and client tools. Provides technical solutions in conjunction with the Director of Operational solutions on internal and client facing tools. Attention to detail, ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with impeccable follow through is a must. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school diploma P & C license Minimum of 2-5 years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in property and casualty In-depth understanding of insurance processes Intermediate to advanced skills on Sagitta, ImageRight, Indio, Epic, CSR24, Smartsheet and Microsoft Products. Some travel required Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
