For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions• Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner• Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program• Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner• Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals Qualifications: • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Sales experience necessary• Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience• Knowledge of cultural markets a plus • Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus• Must be currently life, health, series 6, series 63, or series 7 licensed or able to obtain within one year• Must currently be within position compensation range Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly About Company: As a mutual company, with no investors or outside owners, New York Life is uniquely aligned with our client's interests and priorities.
