Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline• Prospect for new leads to promote new business• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills• A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $105,500 at plan About Company: We are family-owned and started The Lemus Group in 2018, but our family has lived in Richmond since 1997.
