We promote within We build leaders, you will be coached and trained in the area of Leadership We provide continuous training and development Michael and Son offers a generous competitive salary and benefits package including but not limited to the following: Health Dental STD/LTD Vision Supplemental Life Legal Shield FSA 401(k) Referral Bonus Program We're looking for a Warehouse Worker The right candidate will have experience in the following areas: Operate assigned equipment or tools safely in accordance with company and OSHA safety programs and rules Perform work in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions Conduct operator level preventative maintenance on all assigned tools Keep work environment neat and clean at all times Loading and unloading trucks, moving items on-site, and handling equipment Organize stock, equipment, and tools. Able to work in a team environment, and take direction from multiple departmental managers Ability to operate a forklift Will be working with a trained guard dog Demonstrated professional interpersonal relationship skills Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility, and accountability Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines Results-driven Attention to detail and punctuality is critical Able to maintain composure under pressure The right candidate will be required: Must be able to pass a background and drug screening test successfully Must possess a current valid Drivers license.
