Position: Landscape Mulch Crew Installer As a Landscape Mulch Crew Installer, you will have the opportunity to work with our blower truck or hand install team to provide our customers with top-quality landscape mulch installations. You will receive comprehensive training on various equipment and will be expected to learn, understand and maintain that equipment to ensure smooth operations. Part of your responsibilities will include greasing, washing, cleaning and documenting any equipment that is not functioning properly. These tasks are essential to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, and we expect our employees to take pride in their work and complete these tasks with the utmost attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in landscaping and a strong work ethic. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, as well as have the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills are a must for this position. We also value professionalism and customer service at Mulch Solutions. Responsibilities:• Install mulch using our blower truck or hand-install team• Ensure that mulch is spread evenly and neatly in designated areas• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment• Showing up in company uniform and maintaining proper hygiene Qualifications: • Great physical health and stamina• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic• At least 2 years of experience as a crew member landscaping for residential or commercial properties• Previous experience in landscaping or construction preferred• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials• Strong work ethic and attention to detail• Ability to work well in a team environment• Willingness to learn and be trained on both manual and pneumatic installations• Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly About Company: Mulch Solutions was founded in 2017 with the mission to improve landscaping operations across North Carolina and South Carolina.
