Must have significant experience in defending complex criminal or civil cases in federal court and have some portable work. Must have experience in False Claims Act/Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act/anti-kickback statutes investigations and litigation. Prior healthcare law or federal prosecutor experience would be a big plus. Must be licensed to practice in Virginia. Must have a JD from an accredited law school.
