As a new Civil Engineer at Shurm Homes, you can expect to work closely with our experienced team members to learn the ins and outs of our construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting site visits, assisting with project planning, analyzing survey reports, and collaborating with architects and contractors. You will follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to meet project deadlines. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in all aspects of civil engineering within a supportive and high-performance work environment. What we're looking for in a Civil Engineer To excel as a Civil Engineer at Shurm Homes, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a strong knowledge of construction principles and practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is essential for creating detailed plans and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are key to successfully collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Experience in project management and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements are also highly valued.
